The Henderson staff that we had contact with were outstanding in every way! Even though we were on their lot for 4 days, they made an effort to make sure our work was finished in a timely and through manner, and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. They found issues that we were not aware of, ordered the part and followed up with the company relentlessly to assure that we were on our way in a timely manner.

My best motorhome repair experience ever! I can't recommend these guys high enough. I am a retired engineer on the NASA Space Shuttle program. I used to oversee technicians who performed work on the space shuttle. These guys perform at the high levels I came to expect from the shuttle techs. They are honest, knowledgeable and proud of the work they do. My Henderson experience started with Eric driving my coach, with me as a passenger, to do the RPA (Ride Performance Assessment). He listened to my concerns regarding the handling of the coach and noted a few of his own. After the RPA we went under the coach to do an inspection. He showed me everything that concerned him and made recommendations for repairs/upgrades. After relaying information to Don, Don presented me with the recommendations and an estimate for repairs and the time frame for the repairs. The time frame for repair was met, the repairs came in under the estimate and the results of the upgrades were incredible! During the repairs and upgrades the entire team treated my wife and I like family. They were friendly and very accommodating. The whole team from the Office Manager Lori to every person in the shop were fantastic. If you need to have work done on your coach, you can trust this team to do it right!

Service was way beyond what was expected.

I travel full time in my 40 ft. 02' Monaco. I was having a vibration in the front end and had the tires balanced/rotated twice. While passing through Grants Pass a local told me to take my coach to Henderson. They worked me in with a busy schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem with new (quality) shocks and even welded a loose mounting strap. I'm smooth sailing down the road now. Knowledgeable & friendly staff that do quality work at a fair price. I'm Super happy!

I felt the mechanic that helped was honest and very knowageable of the RV. I would diffanthly recommend Henderson Line Up, to other RV'ers. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome, the chocolate was a sweet treat.

I got my 2003 Fleetwood Exc coach in 2014. In the past 2.5 yrs John and his people have been a true blessing in advice and parts. They've engineered a better bell crank instead of selling me another original (weak link) bell crank from the manufacturer. The right shocks were amazing! They recommended KONI'S when I was thinking a different product, great choice again! The recommendation to install the Safe-T-Plus system was a clear improvement. The upgraded front sway bar and the addition of a rear sway system was nothing short of incredible! They designed in-line valves for the air ride suspension and made my coach a pleasure to drive which was the final piece of handling perfection. Every part came from them in sequence per Johns direction. He wanted me to see the change and decide if I wanted to go farther and spend more or stop if I was satisfied. His with calm help and advice on me installing or having it installed professionally was also valuable. I have an accounting practice and I know how hard these people have had to work to create this business and deal with customers. Their Super Steer products are yet another big undertaking for them. IF they had not created the business and replacement parts I would have sold my incredible coach because I found no one else with as much knowledge and options for my needs. And lastly, John is a very honest business man. When I wanted him to sell me everything possible his approach was to add things in a sequence as he felt the process of the most necessary parts first would allow me to see how satisfied I was in the ride transformation and know what made the most difference. I appreciate that because I didn't care what I needed to spend and he could have taken advantage of that. Instead, John guided me through the suspension upgrade that I feel has transformed my rig into an exquisite and enjoyable machine. Henderson's is truly a God send for me and I cannot thank them enough....
