Services performed were well done. I remember the RV drove like this when it was brand new in1995. Steering is precise and there is no more wondering when driving. High speed above 70 is an ease. I think team at Henderson had performed a wonderful service on the chassis. Will come back again for future tuneup.

Henderson's Line-Up installed the Mor-Ride suspension on our 5th wheel. They were very helpful with my questions about the product prior to purchasing the system. They ordered and installed the suspension within the time frame they quoted. We are happy with the suspension work, and how we were treated throughout the process. We highly recommend this family operated business. They do what they say they will without surprises.

We had custom Koni Shocks and the Supersteer Sway Bar installed on our 2014 Coachman Prism Sprinter. The improvement in both handling and stability was obvious immediately during the test drive. We bought this RV new in the fall of 2013 and I wish that I'd had this upgrade done back then.

Riding with the Tech driving gave both of us the opportunity to discuss and evaluate the issues with my motorhome, and led to an accurate diagnosis and repair. I couldn't be more pleased!

Our Itasca Sunstar is ten years old, but like new except for the suspension, I’ve been watching the Henderson’s videos on YouTube for several years and finally decided to get this Bad Circus Ride fixed! Our experience with Henderson’s was five stars from the start, by making the appointment by phone to the final RPA (road performance analysis) at the finish! We got there on a Sunday and was met by Carl the caretaker who helped direct us as where to park and where to plug in for power. Monday was check in time along with four other RV owner’s, and the staff took care of the crowd quickly and efficiently. Our Service Advisor-Randall was very professional and explained the process completely. Our Lead Technician Eric performed the initial RPA and the final RPA and oversaw the work by Technicians Donovin and Neil and performed a large amount of the work himself! The work we had done was extensive and took two and a half days, we left Wednesday after lunch. We were very happy with the outcome, and since we are into our eleventh year living and traveling in our Motorhome, we hope to enjoy many more with the new and very improved ride.
