Motorhome Steering & Suspension Institute (MSSi)
MSSi is for technicians, service managers, service writers and service center owners from throughout the United States to receive expert RV Suspension & steering training.
Day 1: You will drive a class A motorhome and learn the RPA process. You will learn how to (1) Discover the steering &/or handling problems (2) Diagnose to find why the problem exists and (3) Deliver the improvements for "safer and happier driving."
Day 2: You will gain valuable product knowledge & installation techniques from manufacturers. Your training will be "hands-on" as you will cover all major steering, suspension & handling product lines.
Driving Directions: MSSi is located approx. 3 miles from I-5 at Henderson's Line-Up showroom: 480 Redwood Highway (Grants Pass, OR 97527). From I-5, take exit 55 at Grants Pass and continue West on Highway 199. Go past Hwy 238 (Williams Highway) and, after 2 blocks, turn Right onto Henderson Street.
Flying: If you are flying, "Medford, Oregon" is the closest airport.
