Best RV Parks in OregonBest RV Parks in Oregon

October 14, 2024

When it comes to the best RV parks in Oregon, here is a list that we pray you will genuinely enjoy. Oregon is known for its vast and varied landscapes. With scenery ranging from rolling hills, beaches, and farmland to forests and mountains, you are sure to have an eyeful of awe while you travel along in your RV. It is hard to choose our very favorite because there are so many beautiful places to spend time.

If you love hot springs, then the Grande Hot Springs RV Resort is a destination for you. This resort is not far from La Grande, which offers beautiful biking trails along Wallowa Lake and also Hot Lake Springs in addition to the Hilgard Junction State Park. Located at the bottom of Craig Mountain, this hot lake is known to have healing properties. It is a great place to park for a while and enjoy exploring the area while soaking in its healing waters.

A very family-friendly RV park is Sunny Valley RV park and campground and is not far from I-5 and is also located near many RV dealerships. Nearby is the Applegate Trail Interpretive Center and the gorgeous Wolf Creek Park. This RV park has a beautiful swimming pool, and a lovely playground, library, and sports activities everyone can enjoy. There is a well-stocked welcome center that will keep your kiddos wanting to snack and go on mini outings to the store, so be warned. Thank the Lord that everyone is sure to have an excellent family-friendly time at this lovely RV park. If you are looking to stay close to the freeway and are looking for a fantastic experience, the Sunny Valley RV Park and Campground is for you!

Wallowa Lake State Park is in North-east Oregon and is not far from the city of Joseph. Surrounded by the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, you will have stunning views from the lake of snow-capped mountains and wildflowers near and far. At the park, you will find many amenities and boat launching, perfect for that fishing trip you planned with your father-in-law. Wallowa Lake State Park is teeming with hiking trails, wildlife, and places to bicycle, swim, or picnic. There is so much beauty here that everyone is bound to have a wonderful time.

Crater Lake RV Park is a private escape and get away with many nearby attractions for you to enjoy. Everything from the waterfalls of Mill Creek, to Red Rock Canyon and the Joseph Steward State Recreation area, will have you in awe with the majestic beauty our good Lord has blessed us with.
