How It Works

• Air Spring A single air spring sits at the opposite ends of the rotating cross shafts. The spring’s unique horizontal position not only allows one air spring to dampen two axles, it dissipates force so it never gets to the trailer frame.

• Frame Hanger Insert
  The Center Point assembly is inserted into the center toggle hanger of the suspension. We use the original pivot bolt along with two additional clamping bolts and plates to increase stability.

• Leaf Spring Shackle Mount
  The leaf spring shackle mounts to the cross shaft, which is equipped with a brass bushing.

• Safety Stops
  No worries about downtime from an air leak with Center Point’s safety system. The arms are shaped so the air spring cannot collapse and damage itself. The shape allows for oscillation during travel.

• Center Shaft
  As each spring reacts, load impacts transmit that reaction to the cross shaft. This cross shaft rotates on a pair of bronze aluminum bearings and brings that force into the air spring.
